DYNARQ provides web design and development, software, and AI services. Descriptions on this site are general; the exact scope of any project is agreed in a written proposal or quote.

2. Quotes, scope & payment

• Pricing shown on this site represents starting points. Final pricing is confirmed in a project-specific quote.
• Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
• Projects may require a deposit and/or milestone payments. Payment terms are set out in your quote.
• Prices may be quoted in USD or LKR depending on your location.

3. Revisions & timelines

We include reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Timelines are good-faith estimates and depend on timely feedback and materials from you.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Unless you ask us not to, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access, and feedback we need to complete the work, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.

6. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms and tools (for example hosting, payment, or AI providers). Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. TUTUS software

TUTUS is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk. It is a local Windows application; you are responsible for remembering your password and for how you use the software.

8. Disclaimers

This website and our services are provided "as is". While we work hard to deliver great results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYNARQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
